Awards and Recognition

Coach Ed was privileged to be inducted into the three hall of fames - one posthumously.  

Additionally, Texas A&M has dedicated a bench in his honor outside the Cushing Outdoor stadium.  

Due to his contributions to both Cross Country and Track and Field, several awards have been named after Coach Ed.  Each of these awards pay tribute to the qualities that Ed possessed.
